Labour and Delivery
Our patients give birth at the Labour and Delivery Unit at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH).
OSMH is a Level 2C Obstetrics Centre and a Regional Level 2C Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Our Regional Women and Children Program follows the “Family-Centred Maternity Care” approach where personal, cultural and religious choices are considered and respected.

The Labour and Delivery Unit is located on the 1st Floor of the Harvie Wing.
*Due to COVID-19, if you are attending the hospital for a booked appointment, please enter through the Main Entrance off of Dunlop Street
However, if you are in need of URGENT assistance or are unsure where to go, please utilize the West Dialysis / Maternity Entrance located off of Mississaga Street. (Note, this is the entrance with the round-about.)
