For Referring Physicians
Thank you for referring your patients to us for pregnancy care.
We are happy to provide prenatal care from either the very beginning or later stages of pregnancy. However, we would like to meet your patients by 24 weeks gestational age in order to get to know them and build rapport prior to delivery.
We will routinely see patients within 2-4 weeks of referral. If your referral is more urgent, please specify on the referral and we will see them sooner.
Our group policy is that all patients return to their family physician following delivery for ongoing primary care.
Note: We aim to bill exclusively “Out-of-Basket” codes to avoid negating our FHO colleagues
We have 4 clinic locations and all of our physicians deliver at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital.
Please fax a referral to the clinic of your choice.
Patients can also contact a clinic directly to set up an appointment; a referral is not mandatory.
